Our mission is to provide Grounds, Custodial, and Card ID/Access to customers in and around all state-owned Cheyenne Capitol Complex Facilities.

Facilities Operations is comprised of 3 work units:

Grounds Services
    - Building openings and out side clean up
    - Grasses, trees pruning, shrubs and flower gardens
    - Watering
    - Weed and pest
    - Parking lots
    - Sidewalks
    - Fencing
    - Out door signage
    - Out door furnishings
    - Paper recycling
    - Snow removal
    - Flags
    - Small Furniture moves, same building

Custodial Services
    - Cleaning of State building
    - Carpet cleaning
    - Floors striped and waxed
